Camp is for ages 5-12 and runs Monday-Friday 9:00 am-4:00 pm with options for extended hours and shuttle service from East Nashville. Children will spend the day outdoors, engaged in play and education and increasing their appreciation for nature. To encourage independence and creativity, schedule and activities remain flexible. Through their time at camp, kids develop confidence, grit, determination, and valuable social skills – all the while getting sweaty, muddy, and stronger!

The Great Cook-Out: Once per week, campers at Camp Twigs at Bells Bend Beaman will have the opportunity to cook their own lunch over the fire! To foster a sense of community, all kids and counselors will bring different ingredients, and the group will cook and eat together-family style. From fire-roasted hot dogs to Dutch oven-baked beans to classic s’mores, the possibilities are endless. The kids will learn the basics of campfire cooking all while enjoying the delicious fruits of their labor!
