Leadership Academy strives to make camp more affordable for all families. We are offering Payment Plans for all of our camps. Payment plan set up is a one-time $5 fee and requires setting up a a payment method with a credit card or ACH bank draft.
Option 1: Monthly Payments (Available for Fall, Winter and Spring registrations):
A $50 deposit for each session is paid at the time of registration. The total amount due for the registration will be split up by the number of months until the 30 days before your camp session starts. On the 3rd of each month you are charged the monthly amount. At 30 days before the camp session begins, the remainder of the unpaid balance is due and is automatically charged to the card used at registration. We will send you an email reminder the day before, letting you know the charge is coming. The earlier you register, the lower the payments can be.
Option 2: Pay-at-Your-Pace (Available January-June):
A $50 deposit for each session is paid at the time of registration. Additional payments can be made anytime by logging into your account to make a payment, up to 30 days before camp. We will send email reminders periodically and the day before final payment is due. At 30 days before the camp session begins, the unpaid balance is due and is automatically charged to the payment method used at registration.
Full Payment Due Dates:
- Session 1 (June 5-9, 2023): Due May 8
- Session 2 (June 12-16, 2023): Due May 15
- Session 3 (June 19-23, 2023) : Due May 22
- Session 4 (June 26-30, 2022): Due May 29
- Session 5 (July 3-7, 2023): Due June 5
- Session 6 (July 10-14, 2023): Due June 12
- Session 7 (July 17-21, 2022): Due June 19
- Session 8 (July 24-28, 2022): Due June 26
- Session 9 (July 31-August 4, 2022): Due July 3
